The B&B Villa Barbarossa is located in Assisi, right in the heart of the Umbrian valley, a few kilometers from the most important cities of the region. Getting to places like Assisi, Gubbio and Spoleto from the newly built villa is easy and practical.
The structure, consisting of three double bedrooms, is a few kilometers from Assisi, Gubbio and Spoleto, remaining in an ideal position to visit all of Umbria. The B&B Villa Barbarossa offers its guests an outdoor pool, a large garden and an internal parking space with automated gate.
Le Camere
The three rooms of the B&B Villa Barbarossa are named after three horses, symbolizing elegance and attention to detail. Rozanne and Zeus are located on the first floor of the structure and are characterized by a four-poster bed while Rogo, on the ground floor of the B&B, has an internal fireplace.
Each room has been recently renovated with an eye to comfort and included services. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with shower, TV, kettle and fridge.

Villa Barbarossa offers its guests the right combination of tradition and modernity. We like to make our guests feel at home by offering maximum comfort. In the outdoor area you can find a barbecue at your disposal as well as a large garden with outdoor furniture and the possibility of private parking and free.
Inside each accommodation, Wi-Fi internet connection (accessible in all rooms of the structure), autonomous air conditioning and TV. The offer of our B&B is completed by breakfast with homemade cakes and biscuits and the possibility, on request, to accommodate small pets.

Where We Are
The B&B Villa Barbarossa with its three rooms is located in the countryside of the valley dominated by Assisi. The historic center is a few minutes by car, as well as the entrance to the SS75 that easily leads to the most beautiful destinations in Umbria.
To get to us, both from NORTH and SOUTH: exit the E45 in the direction of SS675 and follow the signs for Valfabbrica/ Ancona until the exit Petrignano/ Assisi. From here continue along Via Eugubina to Via del Ponte and turn right after 600m to Via Molino della Comunità.
